These terms explain the conditions for using MirrorVox, your responsibilities for creative materials, and how generated content may be used.
1. Operator and scope
These Terms of Use govern the MirrorVox website and AI creation services that refer to them. The operator is Junsa International Limited, registered and primarily operating in Hong Kong. Read these terms before use; if you disagree, stop using the relevant services.
If acting for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms and submit its materials. A separately signed service agreement governs matters it expressly addresses, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must have the legal capacity needed to accept these terms and use the service. Obtain guardian consent where required. Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
Do not take over another person’s account, sell credentials, or register accounts in bulk to evade limits. If you discover unauthorized access, take protective steps and contact us promptly. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law.
3. Creation tools and generated results
MirrorVox offers Agent conversations, script planning, virtual avatars, speech generation, and video generation. Available features, task specifications, and allowances are described in the product information shown when you use them or in a separate agreement.
AI output can contain factual errors or visual and audio defects and may resemble other users’ results. Review facts, subtitles, likenesses, voices, and permissions before publication or commercial use. Output and Agent suggestions are not professional legal, medical, or financial advice, and do not guarantee audience reach or business results.
4. Materials, likenesses, and voices
You must have the rights needed to upload and use prompts, scripts, images, audio, video, and other materials. For a real person’s likeness, voice, or digital representation, obtain authorization covering the intended generation, editing, and publication. When working for a client, confirm that the client may provide the materials.
Do not use face replacement, voice imitation, or avatars for impersonation fraud or to fabricate someone’s endorsement, statement, or conduct. Use of a child’s information requires appropriate guardian authorization and must not harm the child’s interests.
5. Your content and service permission
You or the original rights holder retain existing rights in uploaded materials. MirrorVox does not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs merely because you use generation services. You may use output in personal or commercial projects if you hold the necessary rights and comply with applicable law and third-party licenses. These terms do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, or clearance of third-party rights.
You permit us and necessary entrusted providers to process content within the scope and duration needed to perform your creation tasks and provide storage, previews, and downloads, including transmission, copying, conversion, and generation. This is not an unrestricted perpetual marketing or training license. MirrorVox does not use uploaded materials or generated content for model training.
6. Prohibited uses and publication
Do not create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, privacy-invasive, harassing, violence-inciting, or child-sexual-exploitation content, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not use synthetic content to falsify identity, evidence, or real events in ways that mislead people into transactions or other important decisions.
Do not attack systems, steal data, bypass safety or usage limits, or interfere through unauthorized means. Follow destination-platform rules and applicable AI-content labeling requirements when publishing. Do not remove legally required labels or falsely imply that a real person approved the content.
7. Third-party services and personal information
Agent conversations use the official DeepSeek API and may use Alibaba Cloud web search. We host speech and video models in mainland China; cloud servers and storage are on Alibaba Cloud in Singapore. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing, locations, and contact details.
Publishing to an external platform is also subject to that platform’s rules. Search results and links do not represent a MirrorVox guarantee of accuracy or of third-party services. Avoid providing the Agent with confidential or sensitive information unrelated to your task.
8. Charges, cancellation, and refunds
MirrorVox offers credit purchases and monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions support automatic renewal with your authorization. Prices, billing periods, and benefits are shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals while current benefits remain available until the end of the billing period.
Ordinary completed purchases and renewals are non-refundable, including wholly or partly unused benefits. Duplicate charges and other transaction errors are reviewed and resolved after verification, with exceptions where refunds are required by law. See our Sales and Refunds policy for details. 9. Storage and deletion
Uploaded materials and generated videos are stored in Singapore without automatic expiry until you choose to delete them. When you delete them, we delete the corresponding files. Our self-hosted speech and video processing servers in mainland China do not retain files.
Save any work you need elsewhere before deleting it. Deleting a file from MirrorVox does not automatically delete downloaded copies or posts on other platforms. Our Privacy Policy describes retention and handling of other personal information.
10. Service changes, restrictions, and termination
Maintenance, faults, external-service disruptions, or security incidents can affect task processing. We will give reasonable notice of planned changes that materially affect use where advance notice is practicable. A change in service descriptions does not automatically remove your contractual rights for purchased services.
For unlawful use, infringement complaints, or serious security risks, we may suspend tasks, restrict accounts, or remove violating content to the extent necessary, explaining the reason where appropriate and lawful. You may contact us to dispute an action or request account closure. Unfulfilled paid services are handled under the order terms and applicable law.
11. Platform rights, responsibility, and disputes
Rights in the MirrorVox brand, website design, and software belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Access to creation tools does not authorize copying or reselling platform software or impersonating our brand. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Each party is responsible according to its breach, fault, and applicable law. Nothing excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Hong Kong law governs these terms. Disputes may first be discussed; unresolved disputes may be brought before competent Hong Kong courts without removing remedies available under applicable mandatory law.
12. Updates and contact
These terms were published and take effect on September 16, 2026. Material changes will be communicated appropriately with their applicable date. Matters requiring renewed consent will be handled according to applicable requirements.
