Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy covers the MirrorVox website and the creation features that refer to this policy. These services are operated by Junsa International Limited.

If you follow a link to a publishing platform or another external service, review that service’s privacy information before authorizing access or providing material. A link from this website does not establish that the external service follows this policy.

2. Information used in creation workflows

When you use the Agent, we process your text, recent conversations, creative requirements, scripts, revision instructions, and video plans to understand your requests and assist with creation. For speech and video generation, we process the images, reference audio, scripts, and other materials needed for the task, together with the resulting output.

Materials may contain personal information about you or other people. Ensure you have permission to use the portraits, voices, and other content you submit, and avoid providing sensitive information unrelated to your project.

MirrorVox does not use uploaded materials or generated content for model training.

3. Browser storage and choices

The website stores your selected language in your browser’s local storage. This setting lets subsequent visits use your preferred language. When no preference has been saved, the website uses your browser language to choose an available version.

You can change the language in the footer or remove this preference through your browser’s site-data controls. Removing it may cause automatic language selection to run again. Cookies or tracking tools used by the separate creation application, if any, will be described in the notice for that application.

4. Providers, publishing, and disclosure

Alibaba Cloud provides MirrorVox with cloud servers and storage in Singapore. When the Agent needs web research, search questions and relevant topic context are sent to Alibaba Cloud’s search service. The returned summaries and sources support content creation. The current configuration for this search service uses the Beijing region in mainland China.

DeepSeek: we call its official API directly, sending the recent conversations, creative requirements, scripts, revision instructions, video plans, and research summaries and sources needed for the Agent task. The current Agent integration sends text and structured text, rather than directly sending image, audio, or video files. Personal information you include in a conversation is processed as part of that text.

We host our own speech and video models in mainland China. Required materials are transferred to these servers for generation. The processing servers do not retain files; materials and completed videos that need to be saved are stored in Singapore.

Publishing work to another platform is a separate action. Check the destination, account, audience, and content, and read that platform’s privacy information before publishing. Copies held by external platforms or other people are not automatically deleted when you delete a project from MirrorVox.

5. Retention and security

Uploaded materials and generated videos are stored on Alibaba Cloud in Singapore without automatic expiry and are retained until you choose to delete them. When you delete them, we delete the corresponding files. Our self-hosted speech and video processing servers in mainland China do not retain files.

These retention rules apply to uploaded materials and generated videos. Other personal information is retained only as needed to provide the relevant service, handle requests, or meet applicable legal obligations, and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

We apply safeguards appropriate to the information and processing risks, and manage entrusted providers’ data protection responsibilities through contracts or other measures. External model and search services involve processing by their respective providers; the absence of file retention on our self-hosted servers does not mean that every external service retains no data. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive documents with an inquiry.

6. Requests about your information

You can contact privacy@mirror-vox.com to request access to or correction of personal information, a copy of your data, deletion, or account closure. Identify the account or project and the action requested. We handle requests according to applicable requirements and verify identity where necessary.

You can delete uploaded materials and generated videos. For requests involving other records, we will explain any legally required retention or limitations affecting processing. Closing an account does not automatically delete copies held by external platforms.

7. Children and other people’s material

Do not submit a child’s portrait, recording, or identifying information without appropriate authorization. If a project includes another person’s face, voice, or personal story, confirm that you have permission to use it before generation or publication.

Guardians with concerns about a child’s information, or who believe it was submitted improperly, can contact privacy@mirror-vox.com with details of the project and the action requested.

8. Revisions to this policy

This policy was published and takes effect on September 16, 2026. We will update the relevant explanations when service features, providers, or data-processing arrangements change.

For material changes affecting the handling of personal information, we will provide appropriate notice and offer choices or seek consent where applicable requirements call for it.
