To help us investigate, describe what you were trying to do, what happened and when. Include a task ID, error message or screenshot where relevant. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.

Billing and subscriptions

For enquiries about credit purchases, monthly or annual subscriptions, cancelling automatic renewal, duplicate charges or failed generation appeals, contact billing@mirror-vox.com. Include your account email, order or task ID, and a description of the issue. For payment issues, you may attach proof of payment with sensitive details concealed.

Ordinary purchases are non-refundable. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges and other exceptional issues may be submitted for review. After cancelling automatic renewal, subscription benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Sales and Refunds policy for the applicable rules.

Privacy and personal data

For questions about how personal data is collected, used or stored, our Privacy Policy, or requests to access, correct or delete personal data, contact privacy@mirror-vox.com.

Describe your request and provide the relevant account email. We may need to verify your identity to protect your account and personal data. Do not send identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in your initial email.
